草草草我才看到本地洪灾的新闻，周边死了 59 个人了…我还以为就是雨大一点+停水停电… 
果然我的最爱还是 Theoretische Informatik 
我现在搞的是什么和 Informatik 完全不沾边的东西啊
在读 TikZ 的 manual, 读到：
First, Karl had to download and install a package called pgf. Then it turns out that inside this package there is another package called TikZ, which is supposed to stand for “TikZ ist kein Zeichenprogramm”. Karl finds this all a bit strange and TikZ seems to indicate that the package does not do what he needs. However, having used gnu software for quite some time and “gnu not being Unix”, there seems to be hope yet. His son assures him that TikZ’s name is intended to warn people that TikZ is not a program that you can use to draw graphics with your mouse or tablet. Rather, it is more like a “graphics language”.

之前在微博上看到有人说德语自学是不可能的，我大吃一惊，回复说“我和我的几个朋友都是自学的德语，一点问题也没有。”那个人又说“理工科的情况我不了解，但是文科生留学所要求的德语水平通过自学是不可能达到的。”我完全不了解文科生需要的德语水平，于是就闭嘴了，后来我发现这个人在卖德语课。
前段时间又看到有人在提供有偿当地的留学服务，下面有人回复“在欧洲某某某某国家不会说当地语言基本办不成上面说的这些事，也不存在学长学姐，这个价钱非常值。”我心想我虽然不在某某某某国家，但是也不至于这么夸张吧，我在德国当时有学长帮忙，我们也帮了学弟学妹，各种办事处也不至于不提供英语服务吧…后来我又发现这个人在提供有偿留学服务。
就，我不敢说这两个人说的话完全不对，毕竟是我不了解的领域和国家，但是这种夸张的话被利益相关的人说出来我是没有办法相信的…
我之前提过想要执法人员撇掉情绪来办案是不切实际的*，因为情绪就是大脑在根据环境和身体的需要调控一系列化学物质的分配，和理性产生的原理没什么两样，只有脑损伤的人才会没有情绪。
不过这篇倒是写得还不错，并不是完全撇除情绪（现在的科幻是不是已经意识到了这一点？），而是通过同样的机理在调节情绪，也描写了 regulator 带了的负面影响，并通过一部分办案人员的口在 argue “sometimes you needed emotions, instinct, intuition.”
#TheRegular 里面提到了一种警察用来调节情绪的 regulator, 可以通过调整化学物质的释放让人在紧急关头保持冷静或者紧张。Ruth 一天中有 23 个小时会使用这种 regulator，在医生的建议下剩下的一个小时她会关掉 regulator，让自己的身体的自然调控重新接管。这一个小时对她来说是一天中最糟糕的一个小时，她会感到无助、困惑又绝望。
我现在偶尔会用 Endel 来帮助我集中注意力，真的很有效，我的大脑不再随时神游了，而是专注于眼前。但是在这个时间段里我会觉得自己像一个被控制的机器人，手在违背我的意志不断地在键盘上敲击。一个 session 结束后我会报复性地开始胡思乱想&浏览网页。
这种感觉就和书里描写的情况很像。我总觉得我的大脑需要那种神游，我不太想强迫它专注。

话说这本书我上大学之前就想看，现在十年过去了我终于翻开了…
读的是最新的 11 版，发现第一章绝大多数引用都是 2019 和 2020 年的，而且加入了一些 COVID-19 相关内容，比如以前 telemental health service 难以推广，比如保险不支持、从业人员担心技术安全，疫情之后突然就受到了大家的欢迎。
教材更新到这种力度，真的是好活跃的领域！

所以说我为什么有拖延症…就是因为我一直拖都没出什么事。一个月都没跟教授开会了，我一直抱着侥幸心理摸鱼，今天终于要开会了，我昨晚九点开始工作，熬了一个小夜搞了个大的，今天教授很满意我取得了如此大的进展，已经谋划着让我写论文了
